Kitimat General Hospital Foundation has been raising funds for a new Central Heart Monitoring System that will increase the number of patients that can be monitored, allows staff to monitor patients in multiple locations of the hospital, and will have wireless monitoring so patients can move around independently. The total cost is $104,000 and we have raised $49,500 to date. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the Lapointe Family they are going to donate$2 for every $1 we raise in the month of January and February up to $35,000!
